Plug in voip phone into port 2 - Phone boots and gets a 192.168.76.x address (yay!) - Now i plug my PC into the back of the phone and would expect to get the normal untagged state of the port and get a Main Data Network IP of 192.168.51.x - But instead i get an IP from the core network of 172.16.16.x. Go to Voice VLAN Setup - Set voice vlan as 76 and restarted.Īdded my VoIP phones MAC IDs to the OUI table. Set this up and tested all hunky dory, set some test ports up and getting correct IPs via DHCP for all (supplied by firewall) ![]() (arguably i dont need to tag everywhere but was more for testing for now) Port 5 - Untagged Door Entry network - Tagged rest Port 1 - Uplink to Firewall Untagged VLAN1, Tagged everything else Handily, i have a very similar switch in our office for training purposes which I am testing my intended config which is as follows. I've just taken over a client who uses these switches, the previous company have made a real mess of the config and VLANs so I intend to wipe them and start again when we have some downtime in a few weeks.
